Enjoy a test drive of a personalized In-Home Personal Training session. Just pick your preferred day and one-hour time slot to book your test drive.

Here’s what your child will experience during their fitness test drive:

  • A fun training session – Your child will participate in a fun and energizing workout.
  • Fitness assessment – This assessment will determine what areas of your child’s physical development we can help improve.
  • Sports assessment (optional) – If your child is looking to improve their performance in a particular sport this assessment will pinpoint which areas they need to strengthen.
  • A plan – We will discuss a training plan that will help your child/teen achieve success.  

We provide personalized, in-home, one-one-one workouts for children in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens 
—including special needs children—that incorporate cardiovascular, strength training, yoga, boxing and more. Our youth fitness coaches guide kids through workouts that use age-appropriate equipment to tone and strengthen the body, improve self-esteem, and overcome health challenges.  

Why Energetic Juniors? We blend sports coaching, dance, yoga, martial arts, and strength training with discovery and imagination. Our innovative workouts are based upon your child’s unique interests. Regular progress reports are shared.

Since 1996, Energetic Juniors has offered in-home, one-on-one personal fitness sessions led by youth fitness specialists, to help children—including special needs children. Our sessions improve physical fitness, self esteem, and confidence by teaching both general fitness to inactive children and improving the athleticism, strength, and agility of active young athletes. We make it very personal—sessions are customized by age, physical condition, and personality and taught by screened and qualified trainers in the comfort, privacy and convenience of your home, gym, and any available nearby park. We emphasize making fitness fun and keeping exercise enjoyable. Sessions can include: baseball, basketball, soccer, fitness games, boxing, kickboxing, dance, Pilates, resistance training, yoga, and much more.
