The 14th Street Y offers a warm, welcoming environment for you to enjoy reconnecting with your body, while building community with other moms and allowing your baby to interact with other babies. All of our post-natal classes are taught by fitness instructors with experience and training working with postnatal moms as well as infant developmental movement.

Our Postpartum Pilates will address every new mom's biggest body challenge: How to get one's abdominal muscles working again! This class focuses on rediscovering waistlines and restoring posture while getting your energy and strength freely flowing. Babies interact and play while you work out. 

Age: 2 to 12 months
Duration: 1 hour

Messy Play

Awesome class! Started off with free play, then art, then reading, then snack/storytime, and ended with bubbles and story time. Lovely teacher!
