In this class, discover how breathing and stretching can alleviate the physical discomforts of pregnancy, deepen your emotional connection to your child, and keep you energize, balanced, and active throughout all nine months. This class will prepare your body and mind for the challenges of labor, delivery, and life with a new baby. 

Taught by Shahar Lion, a certified yoga teacher for all levels with a specialization in prenatal yoga instruction, as well as a certified Laban movement analyst. Please consult with your doctor or midwife before enrolling. 

Duration: 1 hour - 1 hour and 15 minutes

Messy Play

Awesome class! Started off with free play, then art, then reading, then snack/storytime, and ended with bubbles and story time. Lovely teacher!
